We have been informed by the secretarial support of a European Parliament Member that your committee has recently dealt with a petition initiated by our Association and signed by Mr. Loucas Vasilias ( President ). The issue of the petition has been the non-compliance of Hellenic Legislation with European Court Decisions on car imports taxation.
We would like hereby to request, purely for defense purposes, a copy of the recorded minutes of the relevant summit. This copy could assist our Association on justifying the legitimate cause of the whole complaint and protect us from misguiding claims, publications and accusations, started from the opponent part.
